The third Celtic Connections conference will take place in Cardiff, Wales, from 16th – 19th May 2006.
Former Labour Leader and EU Commissioner Neil Kinnock, now Chairman of the British Council, will give the keynote address on Tuesday 16th May, 2006.
Other speakers confirmed include Professor José-Marie Griffiths, Dean of Information and Library Studies at the University of North Carolina; Lorcan Dempsey, Vice-President and Chief Strategist at OCLC, and Sandra Ward of TFPL.
